What the business does

Deshwali Minerals manufactures and supplies calcium-based industrial minerals: quick lime, quick lime powder, hydrated lime and dolomite. The company operates from Borunda on the Jodhpur road, with the plant and head office on the same site.

The customer base is industrial rather than retail. Lime leaves this plant as a process input — a flux in a melt shop, an alkali in an effluent line, a stabiliser under a road, a disinfectant in a treatment works. Minimum order quantities of 42–44 tonnes reflect that: this is a business built around consignments, not parcels.

What buyers actually need from a lime supplier is repeatability. A grade that drifts between deliveries forces a plant to re-trim its process every time a truck arrives. Producing from a characterised feed, to an agreed size band, and testing against that band before dispatch is how that drift is kept out.

Manufacturing, in-house
We calcine select high-calcium limestone in our own pet coke-fired kilns rather than re-badging bought-in material, so the specification conversation happens with the plant.

Graded to your intake
Quick lime in 0–3 mm, 0–10 mm and 10–50 mm fractions. The consignment is screened to what your feed system takes.

Packing as a technical choice
Bags, jumbo bags or bulk, selected against transit distance and destination humidity rather than defaulting to the cheapest.

Tested before it ships
Material is verified against the agreed band before loading. Out-of-spec material is held, not dispatched and argued about later.

Traceable enquiries
Every quotation request carries a reference number from submission, so nothing gets re-explained to a second person.

Long-term supply
Repeat industrial supply is the objective. Consignment-by-consignment opportunism is not how a melt shop or a treatment works wants to buy.
